Our Policies
The following are studio policies and regulations. We, therefore, urge you to READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT them before enrolling in our studio.
* Promptness and regular attendance is expected. Students are enrolled for a full term, September through May. No make-up classes are offered except in case of illness or if the studio is closed due to weather. If a student is ill, the lesson may be made up calling the office. Make-up class must be scheduled immediately following the absence.
* Students should arrive no earlier than fifteen minutes before class and depart no later than fifteen minutes after class.
* All students must be properly attired for class, adhering to the studio dress code. All articles of clothing: shoes, dance bags, etc must be marked with the student's name.
* A dancer takes pride in her/his appearance. Hair MUST BE neat and secured off the face and neck. Students are NOT to wear jewelry to class. NO CHEWING GUM is allowed in the studio. Please wear a simple cover-up before and after class and never wear dance shoes outside. Students waiting for their ride must wait inside the studio foyer
* Students, parents and visitors are NOT TO BRING FOOD OR DRINKS into the studio. Students are encouraged not to eat or drink one-half hour before class.
* Choreography or dances taught by this school are the property of the studio and may not be performed without permission.
* Dual enrollment is not permitted. Dance students may not take classes in more than one dance studio.
* Registration and enrollment presumes your acceptance of studio policies and regulations.
* Older students are encouraged to attend local workshops that are recommended by the staff.
* Time, attention and hard work invested in dance will bring you poise, grace and self-confidence to last a lifetime.
